As a seasoned swim coach and water safety instructor, aformer competitive swimmer, combined with my extensive life and mindset coaching experience, I’m thrilled to offer my AquaLifeCoaching is a unique Life Coaching program exclusively for women.
Having successfully delivering this program for years with consistently positive outcomes, I am now extending it to all women interested in empowering themselves and overcoming life challenges and obstacles.

Amy Ibrahim is the founder of Leaders Ridge since 2017 after spending more than 20 years of experience spanning COO roles, leadership development, sales management, IT management, teaching, and more across different countries and industries.
She successfully led companies and projects in different cultures and industries including USAID education development, World Bank projects education technology projects, Civil Aviation, paper and packaging industry, moving and freight forwarding, and more.
Amy is a certified professional life coach, a certified executive coach, as well as a John Maxwell certified coach and trainer.
Her master’s degree in leadership development and coaching along with her diverse experience empowered her to adopt innovative strategies in guiding individuals and groups towards growth with a resilient mindset.
